365 Devotions to Start Your Day

This book starts my day with everything I need; scripture, education and prayer. The size of the book is perfect to take on the go. the devotions are short and to the point with logical applications for the topic discussed. A daily reminder of God's love while I sip on my coffee is a wonderful way to ease into the day.

NKJV Bible

This bible was gifted to me when I accepted Christ as my savior during a Women of Faith conference led by Beth Moore in Atlantic City, NJ. This bible is a great resource for someone who is a new believer or someone who is wanting to strengthen their walk with Christ. I highly recommend this bible as a gift for someone or even for yourself!

CSB Bible

This Bible offers an in-depth exploration of God's word. It includes 200 devotionals, key verses, Bible reading plans, wide margins for journaling, and maps with charts and timelines. To study God's word effectively, it's important to know the author, the intended audience, and the historical context. This Bible is truly beautiful and facilitates a seamless study of God's word.

Jen Wilkin

This study was not one I would have chosen on my own; however, it has become evident that I need to explore God and His role as The Creator. I came across this study after reading "Women of the Word: How to Study the Bible with Our Hearts and Our Minds" (which I highly recommend). It taught me, most importantly, to shift my perspective when reading the Bible. It was phenomenal. This study has been nothing but reassuring, emphasizing that God created us to shout and sing His praise—nothing else. We have nothing to prove or achieve but to live a life of service to our great King. I have not finished it yet, but I am very excited about what I will continue to learn.

Sadie Robertson Huff

The latest publication by Sadie Rob Huff! It just arrived last week, so I've only had a chance to skim it. Once again, it's perfectly timed for the current phase of my life—raising children, managing a business, and moving every three years. I'm eager to explore this devotional further. I own all her books, and they are among my favorite to revisit.
